How It Works

Submit Your Booking

Fill in your preferred origin, sub-region, process type, grade, and volume. We respond within 48 hours to confirm availability.

2

Lot Locked with Deposit

We confirm your lot allocation and lock it with a deposit. Your specific lot is reserved from the upcoming harvest.

3

Processing & Pre-Shipment Sample

Coffee is processed, cupped and graded at origin. You receive a pre-shipment sample for approval before we proceed.

4

Shipment from Port of Mombasa

On approval, we ship from Port of Mombasa with full export documentation — phytosanitary, fumigation, and COO.
