Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Waziri Coffee & Tea Limited (trading as Waziri Coffee) collects and uses your personal information when you contact us, fill in one of our forms (including our website forms and TikTok and Instagram lead forms), request samples or place an order. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

1. What we collect

• Your name and, for business enquiries, your company and country
• Your phone / WhatsApp number and email address
• Your delivery area or address
• The coffee, lot, size and grind you are interested in
• Messages you send us, and your order and payment confirmation details

2. Why we use it

• To reply to you and confirm your order, samples or price
• To arrange delivery, shipping and payment
• To follow up on your order or enquiry

We do not sell your information, and we only send you marketing messages if you have contacted us or agreed to hear from us. You can say "stop" at any time.

3. Who we share it with

• Delivery riders and couriers (for example Bolt), who receive only your name, phone number and delivery location so they can deliver your order
• M-Pesa / Safaricom when you pay us
• Our form provider (Formspree), which passes website form submissions to our email
• Platforms you contact us through (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), under their own privacy policies

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and contact details for up to 24 months, or longer only where the law requires (for example tax records), and then delete them.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Kenya).
